Homes unveiled in new Essington community

Home hunters can find out about a brand-new range of properties as Bovis Homes unveils its highly-anticipated location in Essington.

The housebuilder is launching The Steadings in the village on Saturday 8th June and to celebrate, will be treating visitors at its special opening event.

“We’re excited to welcome interested buyers to The Steadings,” says Louise Macrae, regional marketing manager. “We’ve had plenty of interest in the properties and we’re delighted to open the doors to two new sparkling show homes, the four-bedroom Aspen and the three-bedroom Spruce.”

Visitors to the event, which will take place from 11am until 4pm, will be able to look around the new show homes and watch live cookery demonstrations while tucking into a variety of tasty canapes. There will also be a range of activities for the children, including a garden design workshop and face painting.

The Steadings, which is situated off Hobnock Road, offers a wide range of three, four and five-bedroom homes in a variety of styles, all designed for modern lifestyles.

“The homes are from our brand-new housing range, which has been designed and developed by the company for launch in 2019,” says Louise. “The Steadings is the first development in the county offering these new style homes.”

The properties in the new range, which have been named after British trees, combines open living spaces with classic architecture and traditional build quality. Each house type is unique but the inspiration behind them is the same – the customer.”

Bovis Homes offers a selection of purchase assistance schemes for all types of buyer. The Help to Buy – Equity Loan scheme, which is available for first-time buyers as well as existing homeowners, is exclusive to new-build homes. Using the scheme, purchasers need just a five per cent deposit and receive an equity loan of up to 20 per cent of the value of the property from the Government, interest-free for the first five years.

Another scheme which buyers at The Steadings could take advantage of is Smooth Move, which involves Bovis Homes dealing with the estate agents on the seller’s behalf, and even paying the fees when the old house is sold.
