House builder opens doors to Hampshire home hunters

- 14 Sep 18

Hampshire house hunters are invited to find their dream home this weekend, as a local house builder opens the doors to a wide range of properties across the county.

Bovis Homes are holding a special open house weekend at a number of its locations – and there will be big benefits for those who decide to reserve during the event.

“We’re giving house hunters the chance to look around more than just the show homes on Saturday 22nd and Sunday 23rd September,” says regional sales and marketing director, Mark Docherty. “Visitors will have the chance to look around a variety of house types and if they like what they see, and reserve over the weekend, we’ll pay the stamp duty!”

That means visitors to Boorley Park in Botley, Hamble View in Bursledon, Nightingale View in Basingstoke and Winchester Village in Winchester could save thousands of pounds when they find their perfect property.

“We have a wide variety of homes, in a range of styles and layouts,” says Mark. “Designed for a modern lifestyle, our properties have features such as open-plan living areas and en-suite bathrooms, creating practical, yet stylish homes.”

Over the weekend, interested buyers will have the chance to speak to the expert sales team, who will be on hand to provide information about the new homes and the neighbourhood.

“Visitors will also be able to find out more about the variety of purchase assistance schemes we have available,” says Mark. “For example, Help to Buy – Equity Loan is a Government-backed shared equity scheme exclusive to new-build properties requiring just a 5% deposit, while with Home Exchange, Bovis Homes could buy your old property and you can stay there until your new home is ready.”
