House buyers in Hillmorton must act fast with just two family homes left at popular location

Home buyers need to be quick to buy at a housebuilder’s new-build location in Hillmorton, as there are now only two properties left to purchase.

Bovis Homes’ popular Little Morton development, on Ashlawn Road, next to Ashlawn School, has just two spacious five-bedroom properties left for sale.

Both homes are ‘Warwick’ house types, each boasting an open-plan kitchen and dining area, French doors to the garden, two en-suite bathrooms and a stylish white bathroom suite.

And for those looking to snap up one of these properties, Bovis Homes has reinvigorated its Big 105 Offer, with new incentives, to include these homes.

The Big 105 Offer comes with two choices. The first is the chance to reserve a new property for £105. With this, buyers will receive up to £4,000 worth of flooring and the same amount in vouchers to spend on personalising their home.

The second is a part-exchange deal, where the housebuilder offers 105 per cent of the market value of a customer’s existing home as part of their purchase package to move into a brand-new Bovis Home. On top of that, buyers will also receive up to £4,000 worth of flooring.
