Home hunters in Horam are finding out about a range of new-build properties as a local housebuilder launches a brand-new location.

Bovis Homes has released its first properties at the new Rosemead Place development, on Horebeech Lane, and has three, four and five-bedroom homes, which are being sold from the housebuilder’s sister location nearby.

House buyers that reserve a home before 31st June could have their stamp duty paid for. Rosemead Place is within walking distance of the village centre and is nestled on the edge of the High Weald Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.

The properties are being sold from Bovis Homes’ Burfield Grange location, on Park Road, in Hailsham. Visitors can expect to be greeted by the friendly sales team and shown the plans of the individual homes and the development.

Candice McCabe, regional marketing manager at Bovis Homes, said: “We’re delighted to launch our new Bovis Homes Rosemead Place location.

“Rosemead Place is in a perfect position, in High Weald AOB, close to the village centre and with an array of shops and countryside walks to choose from.

“House buyers can visit our Burfield Grange location in Hailsham to enquire and see for themselves the wonderful properties we have for sale.”

There are purchasing schemes to assist buyers at Rosemead Place, including Help-to-Buy – Equity Loan, Home Exchange and the Key Workers initiative, which offers discounts to employees of certain government bodies.

Using the Help to Buy – Equity Loan scheme, home buyers need just a five per cent cash deposit, with the Government providing an equity loan of up to 20 per cent of the value of the property being bought. Purchasers then need to secure up to a 75 per cent mortgage.

Rosemead Place is less than 15 miles from the coastal towns of Eastbourne and Bexhill. To the north, Royal Tunbridge Wells is only 17 miles away. Stonegate, Uckfield and Buxted train stations are all approximately nine miles away, with services to London.
