House hunters in Bidford need to be quick–there are a handful of new-build homes to buy

Home hunters in Bidford-on-Avon have been purchasing a housebuilder’s new-build properties in droves – and now there are just a handful left to buy – with telephone appointments still available.

Families and couples are among home owners at Bovis Homes’ Bidford Leys location, off Salford Road, and there are a small selection of three, four and five-bedroom homes remaining.

House buyers at Bidford Leys are enjoying the delights of village life with great transport links.

Bidford-on-Avon CofE Primary School takes pupils aged 4 to 11 and is just one mile from Bidford Leys. For older pupils, Alcester Academy caters for 11 to 16-year-olds. Alcester Grammar School and St Benedict's Catholic High School also have sixth form facilities. For further education, there is Evesham College and Stratford-upon-Avon College.
