House hunters in Witchford are in for a treat – with a witch and a brand-new show home

Families visiting a popular new-build location in Witchford this weekend are in for a treat as a housebuilder launches a show home from its new collection.

PAW Patrol and Penny the Purple Witch are set to entertain children and there is also face painting and live music for house hunters who visit Bovis Homes’ Pemberton Park location.

The housebuilder is unveiling its five-bedroom Florentina house type, which boasts an open plan kitchen with a dining and family area, plus en suites to bedroom one and two, and a double garage.

The Florentina has a large informal dining and sitting area in the kitchen that opens to the garden through feature bi-fold doors, plus a separate dining room. The study is big enough to use as an office, and three of the five bedrooms are doubles, two of which are en suite.

Pemberton Park, off Field End, is situated half-a-mile from the bustling village of Witchford, close to a primary school, pub, listed church and post office. There is also a secondary school and many community clubs and activities.
