House hunters to find their perfect match at special Valentine’s weekend events

Home hunters are being invited to a national housebuilder’s special Valentine’s events this weekend, where they can indulge in some luxurious treats while finding their dream property.

Couples, families and single buyers alike can enjoy Prosecco and fine chocolates across Bovis Homes’ West Midlands region, while knowledgeable sales advisors find them their perfect match.

This includes exploring purchase assistance schemes to make those home buying dreams come true, including Home Exchange, Smooth Move and the Government-backed Help to Buy – Equity Loan scheme.

Locations include Silverstone Leys in Silverstone, Northamptonshire, Warwick Gates in Warwick, Stadhampton in Oxfordshire and Millwood Meadows in Redditch, among many more.

Bovis Homes’ Home Exchange scheme means the housebuilder will purchase the customer's current property, which means they can avoid all those fees and time-consuming, stress-building house chains.

To part-exchange your home, a customer’s current property must be valued at no more than 75 per cent of the new Bovis Home they wish to purchase. Bovis Homes will arrange for the buyer's property to be valued, then make them an offer based on the valuation.

Home Exchange is subject to specific terms and conditions and buyers can ask Bovis Homes sales advisors for further information.

Those using the Smooth Move scheme get support from Bovis Homes throughout the process, with the housebuilder working to find movers the right buyer and paying estate agent fees.

With the Help to Buy - Equity Loan scheme, buyers – both first-timers and current home owners – need just a five per cent cash deposit, with the Government providing an equity loan of up to 20 per cent. They then need to secure up to a 75 per cent mortgage, which opens the door to more competitive lending rates.

Bovis Homes’ Valentine’s Weekend events take place on 16th and 17th February, from 11am to 3pm.
