The new Bovis Homes properties are now ready to move into at its Sancerre Grange location in Eccleshall, after final checks were complete.

The three properties, on Cartwright Drive, have been handed over to Stafford and Rural Homes, one of the area's leading providers of affordable homes for rental and shared ownership, following meter readings and final paperwork, with representatives from both organisations on hand for the presentation.

In attendance from Bovis Homes were Kirsty Rogers, partnership development co-ordinator, and Harriet Long, assistant development co-ordinator, while Laura Ingram, development project manager, Pete Wrench, clerk of works and consultant, and employment agent Nigel Stevenson, were there on behalf of Stafford and Rural Homes.

Kirsty said: “We’re thrilled and proud to hand over the latest of our quality houses on Cartwright Drive, to Stafford and Rural Homes.

“We have a fantastic relationship with Stafford and Rural Homes and we can’t wait for the new residents to move in and enjoy the quality and open layout of these properties.”

The pair of two-bedroom homes and the single three-bedroom property boast modern fitted kitchens, a lounge/dining room, good-sized gardens and allocated parking.

Speaking after the handover, Karen Armitage, chief executive of Stafford and Rural Homes, said: “We’re very pleased with the quality of these three latest properties at Sancerre Grange and look forward to working with Bovis Homes on nearby sites in the future.”

When complete, there will be a total of 55 two and three-bedroom affordable homes delivered through shared ownership at Sancerre Grange.
