Last chance for Warwick house hunters–only three of housebuilder’s two-bedroom homes left

Home hunters in Warwick have been snapping up a housebuilder’s new-build homes – now there are only three two-bedroom properties left to buy – and telephone appointments are still available.

There is just one Atherstone and two Holly house types remaining at Bovis Homes’ Warwick Gates location, off Harbury Lane, which is less than two miles from the town centre.

The semi-detached homes both have open plan kitchens with dining areas, plus French doors to the back garden and upstairs, an en suite.

Paul Bennison, regional marketing manager at Bovis Homes – part of the newly-formed Vistry Group – said: "New-build homes at Bovis Homes' Warwick Gates location have been in great demand and we only have three two-bedroom properties left for lucky home hunters.

Warwick Gates sits alongside a country park and the development will feature a local hub with shops and community features, plus public open space and children’s play areas. There is further potential for allotments, foot and cycle paths, and open space for sport.

Warwick has an array of independent shops, several antique centres and hosts regular outdoor markets. There are also attractions nearby including Warwick Castle and Warwick Racecourse.
