Latest phase of Winchester Village homes launches this weekend

Bovis Homes has announced that the latest phase of its exclusive development at Winchester Village will launch this weekend

The opening of The Green @ Winchester Village' is the latest milestone for the location on Romsey Road, with 37 four, five and six-bedroom properties brought to the market with a premium specification and located close to the village green at the centre of the development. It forms part of a wider scheme that

will bring 200 new homes, including affordable housing, to the area by 2018.
