House hunters in West and East Sussex wanting to enjoy the delights of the counties – boasting countryside, coastlines, castles and medieval villages - have a range of new-build options through a national housebuilder.

Mel and Maria Stanford recently bought a house at Bovis Homes' Burfield Grange location in Hailsham
Purchasers with Bovis Homes have a choice of locations, including Horam, Hailsham, Hurstpierpoint, Worthing, Crawley and other developments that are coming soon – such as, in Ringmer and Bexhill-on-Sea.

Home buyers with a minimum of a five per cent deposit can take advantage of a limited offer. Bovis Homes will match the five per cent on reservations of specific plots made by 31st October.

Families, couples and individuals are spoilt for choice with a mixture of three, four and five-bedroom homes to choose from. Properties from Bovis Homes’ new collection – all benefit from high ceilings, wider door frames and big windows - will soon follow.

Candice McCabe, regional marketing manager at Bovis Homes, said: “We have a range of delightful properties for sale across West and East Sussex. On top of this, we have a great offer so that those who reserve before the end of October only need to pay a five per cent deposit.

“Make an appointment to view our current range for yourselves, see how spacious, light and well-built our homes are and why we get such great customer feedback.
