New-build home hunters in Sussex only need five per cent deposit if they reserve soon

Purchasers with Bovis Homes have a choice of locations, including Horam, Hailsham, Hurstpierpoint, Worthing, Crawley and other developments that are coming soon – such as, in Ringmer and Bexhill-on-Sea.
Home buyers with a minimum of a five per cent deposit can take advantage of a limited offer. Bovis Homes will match the five per cent on reservations of specific plots made by 31st October.
