New-build homes at a Somerset location are selling fast – and now a new show house has opened!

A new Milborne Port location, just three miles from the historic town of Sherborne, has already had five families reserve properties and now a new show home has opened.

Home hunters enjoyed a special event at Bovis Homes’ The Hamlets, off Gainsborough, which celebrated the launch of a new Aspen show home.

Those who made a reservation on the day were treated to a special gift – an exclusive package worth over £3,000, which included a two-seater sofa and an armchair from John Lewis, a 50-inch Smart TV, a sound bar and a wireless home speaker.

The four-bedroom, detached show home is from the housebuilder’s new collection which focuses on modern, open-plan living. It was recently used as a filming location for the housebuilder’s Christmas advert too, which can be viewed on YouTube.
