New homes on the way in Wellington

National house builder Bovis Homes has announced that it is to build approximately 200 new homes on a site in Wellington, Shorpshire.

The company's Mercia region has successfully completed the purchase of land off Haygate Road to the south west of the town in a joint acquisition with regional house builder Anwyl Homes.

The site, currently has an Outline Planning Permission for 290 new homes and associated infrastructure. The Reserved Matters are expected to be completed in the Autumn of this year.

Bovis Homes will be delivering approximately 65% of the new homes on the development, with the final apportionment to be agreed with Anwyl Homes upon receiving Reserved Matters Consent.
