New housing range comes to Essington

With a wide range of new homes, attractive public open spaces and stunning countryside on the doorstep, The Steadings, Bovis Homes’ new Staffordshire location is set to create a stir in the local housing market when it launches.

Situated in the attractive village of Essington, the new-homes location by Bovis Homes offers properties from its brand-new housing range, which was recently launched by the housebuilder.

“We’re really excited to welcome Staffordshire home hunters to The Steadings,” says Elaine Cartwright, Bovis Homes regional sales and marketing director. “It is set to be a wonderful new part of the Essington community and has been carefully designed with lots of green open spaces and footpaths throughout.

“The Steadings will include homes from our brand-new collection – they will be the first to be built in Staffordshire! We’ll be launching two show homes, The Aspen and The Spruce in the summer, which will give visitors the chance to get a taste for the style and quality of our properties.”

The Steadings will offer a wide range of two, three, four and five-bedroom houses and bungalows, each carefully designed for modern lifestyles, while still retaining a traditional charm.

“The first part of the design process for the new range involved talking to all types of house buyer and asking what they looked for in a new home,” explains Elaine.

“In developing those ideas into the designs, our guiding principles were to create quality homes that are eye-catching and well-proportioned on the outside, with a real sense of light and flow on the inside.”

The new homes include popular features, such as open-plan living areas, stylish fitted kitchens, bi-folding doors and elegant, spacious master bedrooms with en suites.

Work started at the location earlier this year and the sales centre will open its doors this summer. While working at the site, Bovis Homes has donated funds to upgrade the play area in the village and has helped a local care home create a sensory garden ready for Essington in Bloom.
