New housing range coming to Hampshire

A leading housebuilder is bringing its brand-new range to Hampshire, giving local home hunters the opportunity to buy a property created for modern living and designed with input from customers from all over the country.

Bovis Homes is unveiling its highly-anticipated new phase at its Boorley Park location in Botley, with the doors opening to two new show homes on Sunday 4th August.

“We’re excited to be revealing our new housing range at our popular Boorley Park location,” says Hollie Lockhart, regional marketing manager. “The new collection has been designed and developed ready for launch this year, and we can’t wait for visitors to discover more about them.”

In addition to the two sparkling four-bedroom show homes, the Aspen and Maple, Bovis Homes will also be opening a new sales centre.

“Boorley Park is the first development in the county offering these new-style homes,” says Hollie. “We’re delighted that visitors now have the chance to take a look around the houses and see the style and quality for themselves.”

The properties from the new Bovis Homes collection, which range from two-bedroom homes to large family houses, are named after British trees, and have been carefully designed for modern lifestyles, while still retaining a traditional charm.

“The properties have a real wow factor,” says Hollie. “Subtle design elements, such as high ceilings and wide staircases, create a real spacious feel to the homes.”

The houses include stylish fitted kitchens and open-plan living areas, as well as popular features such as bi-fold doors, en-suite bathrooms and dressing areas.

“The first part of the design process for the new range involved talking to all types of home buyer and asking what they looked for in a new home,” explains Hollie.

“In developing those ideas into the designs, our guiding principles were to create quality homes that are eye-catching and well-proportioned on the outside, with a real sense of light and flow on the inside.

“The results speak for themselves. Every property in our new range combines open living spaces with classic architecture and traditional build quality. Each house type is unique but the inspiration behind them is the same – the customer.”
