New kit for Heyford Park FC youngsters thanks to local housebuilder

- 18 Oct 21

Budding football stars at Heyford Park Football Club are sporting new kits as part of a £500 two-year sponsorship with a local housebuilder. Bovis Homes, which is building brand-new homes at Heyford Park nearby, has supplied brand-new kit for the football club’s under 13s boys team. The new shirts, in striking black and green, feature the Bovis Homes logo on the front. Chris Geenes, fundraising officer at Heyford Park FC, said: “After starting the club just two years ago, we’re pleased to say the club now has 17 teams and a loyal army of volunteers. “The growth of the football club wouldn’t be possible without our sponsors who allow us to provide kit and equipment. We are hugely thankful to Bovis Homes for their support.” Heyford Park FC, which was founded in 2019, has over 200 local boys and girls registered to play youth football from the ages of four to 16. Paul Bennison, regional marketing manager, said: “We are proud to support Heyford Park FC, which plays an important part in the local community for a number of families. “The new kit looks fantastic and we wish the team the best of luck in the 2021/2022 season.” Heyford Park, located just six miles from Bicester in Upper Heyford, offers an attractive collection of three to five-bedroom homes in a vibrant village setting. The final phase of homes, including a range of stunning three storey townhouses, has recently been released.
