New Littlehampton community nears completion

- 20 Sep 18

A popular West Sussex location, which has welcomed many new residents over the last couple of years, is now nearing completion – and home seekers need to act fast to secure their dream home there.

It is the last chance for buyers to benefit from the new-build quality and special purchase packages at Bovis Homes’ Hampton Park, as only a small selection of homes now remains at the flourishing Littlehampton community.

“We’re very proud of our Hampton Park location,” says regional marketing manager, Candice McCabe. “A real sense of community has grown there and once the final homes have been sold, it will complete the neighbourhood.

“Our customer care teams will still be on hand, however, to communicate with residents and ensure they are happy with every aspect of their new home.”

Hampton Park is situated on the outskirts of Littlehampton, with a range of amenities close by and near to the open countryside. It has been designed with green open areas and footpaths throughout, creating an attractive and spacious neighbourhood.

Interested buyers can visit the team to find out more about the selection of remaining homes, including the three-storey Winchcombe townhouse and the popular four-bedroom Canterbury house type.

“If you are looking to move into a new home in West Sussex, it’s well worth visiting us to find out more about the homes and the purchase assistance schemes available,” says Candice. “You may be surprised to find that your dream move is much more achievable than you think.”

First-time buyers and existing home owners could take advantage of the Government’s Help to Buy – Equity Loan scheme, which is available exclusively for new-build properties. With the scheme, purchasers only need a 5% deposit and receive an equity loan from the Government for up to 20% of the property’s value, leaving just a 75% mortgage required.

Buyers can also take advantage of the house builder’s Smooth Move scheme, where Bovis Homes will deal with the estate agents on your behalf and help to take the hassle and cost out of moving.

“We have a mix of three-bedroom and four-bedroom homes, all created in a range of layouts, with popular features such as open-plan living areas and French doors out into the garden,” says Candice.

Hampton Park sales centre is open Thursday to Monday, 10am until 5pm and the team can be contacted on 01903 373159. To find out more about the location and the range of purchase assistance schemes available go to www.bovishomes.co.uk
