New MD takes the regional reins at housebuilder Bovis Homes

Kent-based housebuilder Bovis Homes has appointed a new Managing Director to oversee its South East region.

Paul Moran joins the company from fellow housebuilder Barratt Homes, and brings with him more than 30 years’ experience in the industry. He has worked in finance, sales and management roles in a career that has taken him from Exeter in Devon to Stirling in central Scotland.

“I’m delighted to have joined Bovis Homes at what is a very exciting time for the business,” said Paul.

“Having spoken to many friends and acquaintances that work for Bovis Homes, and seen the changes the company has implemented in the past 18 months, the opportunity to be part of this project going forward is very appealing. I’ve been struck by the drive and enthusiasm of everyone here, right up to the Chief Executive.

“My immediate priority is to make sure we deliver a high-quality experience to those customers moving in before the end of 2018, and in the longer term I’m keen to harness the skills and experience in the talented team we have here to deliver even bigger and better things in 2019 and beyond.”

In his new role Paul will be responsible for Bovis Homes’ operations across East Anglia, Hertfordshire, Kent, East and West Sussex, and will be based at the company’s headquarters in Kings Hill, near Maidstone.
