New opportunities for Warwick home buyers as national housebuilder joins popular location

Home buyers in Warwick are set for a boost to the local property market as a national housebuilder joins a new 96-acre residential location near the town.

Bovis Homes has acquired an 8.9-acre land parcel for up to 135 new homes at the location, called Myton Green, off Europa Way.

The housebuilder will now submit a reserved matters application setting out the design, layout and final number of homes to Warwick District Council and, subject to this being approved, will be on site in early 2020.

It comes after Bovis Homes recently released its new homes collection, developed over the past 12 months, which is set to feature at the new development.

Bovis Homes joins Miller Homes and Avant Homes at this popular location. In time, the development will deliver 735 new homes, six equipped play areas, a network of new footpaths and cycleways, along with the planting of more than 250 specimen trees, set in around 20 acres of green, open space.

Catesby Estates, working in partnership with the Europa Way consortium, started earlier this year on the first phase of major infrastructure work, including a new tree-lined community spine road, which will eventually link Europa Way with Gallows Hill.

Bovis Homes’ new housing collection, which includes two to five-bedroom homes, are named after British trees and focus on well-proportioned exteriors with a real sense of light and flow on the inside.
