Next chapter opens for new part of Hemel Hempstead community

- 24 Oct 18

Hertfordshire home seekers have the chance to discover more about a range of properties that have just been released at a popular new part of the Hemel Hempstead community.

Bovis Homes has unveiled the next chapter of Aspen Park, in Apsley, with a mix of three, four and five-bedroom properties now available on the private market.

House hunters can find out more by visiting the sales office at Bovis Homes’ nearby Aston Brook location in Aston Clinton, where the sales team will talk them through the Apsley plans and take the first reservations.

“We’ve had many enquiries about our new homes at Aspen Park, so we are delighted to now be able to offer interested buyers the opportunity to reserve their new house,” says Heather Suffield, regional marketing manager.

“Our sales advisors at Aston Brook will be able to provide information about the new properties at Aspen Park, and visitors will be able to see the site plan and pick up a brochure.”

Offering a range of homes in a variety of styles and layouts, Aspen Park has been carefully-designed with green open areas and footpaths running throughout.

“Aspen Park has been a popular new part of the community and we are delighted to be bringing more homes to the Apsley area,” says Heather. “It’s worth visiting the team as soon as possible to find out more and hear about our purchase assistance schemes which are exclusive to new-build homes.”

The Government’s Help to Buy – Equity Loan is available to first-time buyers and existing home owners alike. With the scheme, purchasers only need a 5% deposit and receive an equity loan from the Government for up to 20% of the property’s value, leaving just a 75% mortgage required.

For current home owners, the Smooth Move scheme can save purchasers time and money, with the Bovis Homes team dealing with the estate agents on the seller’s behalf, as well as paying the fees when the old property is sold.
