Next phase of Moulton homes continues apace

- 06 Sep 17

The latest images from a housing development in the village of Moulton show construction of the newest phase of homes progressing well.

The aerial shots from Honeyvale Gardens, which is being built by leading house builder Bovis Homes, show the foundations of phase two of the 148-home location beginning to take shape.

Also visible are the sales centre and show homes from the popular development, as well as the surrounding countryside.

These additional homes are expected to be completed later this year, with customers moving in during early 2018.

Carina Wilde, regional marketing manager at Bovis Homes, said: "It's so exciting to see these images from Honeyvale Gardens. Not only do they show the progress of the next phase of this popular development, but they show the whole site in the context of its setting in the beautiful Cheshire countryside.

"We're looking forward to seeing these homes progress in the coming months, before welcoming the first new residents in this phase in the New Year. Anyone who would like to register their interest in the new homes can do so at bovishomes.co.uk/moulton."

A total of 148 three to five bedroom homes will be built at Honeyvale Gardens, which is less than an hour's drive from the centre of Manchester, including more than 37 homes designated as affordable properties.

Alongside the new homes, the development will see Bovis Homes invest significantly in the local community, including contributions for the provision of a new sports pitch, play spaces and public right of way improvements.
