Out with the old and in with the new! Brine Leas kitted out and ready for action

- 04 Oct 17

Football players at a school in Cheshire are ditching their old PE kits and cutting a dash on the pitch after being kitted out with top-of-the-range strips for this season, thanks to support from a local house builder.

The children in the Year 10 and 11 teams at Brine Leas School in Nantwich now have a brand new kit to wear when they play their fixtures, after Bovis Homes stepped in to sponsor the squads.

Community and healthy lifestyles are important to us and we're delighted to support the school and its football teams, says regional marketing manager, Carina Wilde. The kit looks fantastic and we can't wait to see it in action on the football field - we hope it brings them lots of success in their matches!

Toby Ward, teacher at Brine Leas School, said: Bovis Homes' generous donation of £500 has allowed Brine Leas School to buy a top-of-the-range Nike football kit to be worn by the Year 10 and 11 teams. The lads are thrilled with the shirts and they can't wait to play in them. At first they didn't believe they were theirs!

Before this donation the students would play games in their PE kit, but now they look the part, let's hope this motivates them to do the business on the pitch!

Bovis Homes' recently joined the Nantwich community with its popular Malbank Waters location, which is situated close to the school. With homes ranging from three to five bedrooms, the development has created a lot of interest amongst home seekers.

To find out more about Malbank Waters, visit the sales information centre and show home, which is open daily between 10am and 5pm, call 01270 342 007 or go to www.bovishomes.co.uk.
