More than 150 home-hunters enjoyed the launch of show homes from a Peterborough housebuilder’s new homes collection – with ice cream, popcorn and special visitors from a kids’ TV programme!

PAW Patrol visits Bovis Homes' Hampton Water location in Peterborough
Families attended Bovis Homes’ show homes launch at the housebuilder’s Hampton Water location, off London Road in The Hamptons – the first development in the region to open show homes from the new range.

Prospective buyers looked around the new five-bedroom Yew and four-bedroom Aspen house types as guests met characters from animated TV programme PAW Patrol and enjoyed live music, face painting, Prosecco and refreshments.

Heather Suffield, regional marketing manager at Bovis Homes, said: “Our show homes launch was extremely popular, everyone had a fantastic time and it was such a beautiful day with lots of entertainment and tours of our impressive new show homes.

“Families and all types of house buyers learnt more about our exciting new range – and we’re very proud that Hampton Water is the first location in the region to launch show homes from our new collection.”

Bovis Homes sales colleagues and an independent mortgage advisor were on hand to answer any questions on the house buying process. Also, the show homes’ interior designer detailed how the inside of the properties showed off the open layouts, light and flow.

The Yew and Aspen both have an open plan kitchen with a dining/family area and bi folding doors to the back garden. The master bedrooms have an en suite and built-in wardrobe.

Hampton Water is situated between Beeby's east and west lakes and there is a cricket pitch, Hampton Country Park and a new primary school and neighbourhood centre.

“Hampton Water is a fantastic location – it’s a lovely setting with views over the lake, water-themed play areas and natural wetland habitats,” Heather added. “It’s very popular with dog walkers and those who love nature.”

Hampton Water is close to the A1, and under an hour's drive to Cambridge. Ideal for commuters, the location is close to Peterborough's railway station and London King's Cross is just 50 minutes away.

There are a range of properties, from one and two-bedroom apartments to five-bedroom family homes.
