Proof is in the pudding for Cotswolds housebuilders

Two housebuilding professionals from the Cotswolds office of national housebuilder, Bovis Homes, have given their employer a show of confidence by purchasing two of its new homes across the region. Site manager, Matt Maddocks, has bought his new home in the shape of the Bovis Aspen II at the Millfields development in Cam, Gloucestershire. Moving into the property in February 2021, Matt bought the home with his wife and daughter, giving them the room to grow with a second child on the way. Matt said, “The experience so far has been brilliant, everything I would expect from a five-star housebuilder – and more. With my knowledge of the houses we build, I knew the Aspen II would be the perfect fit for our needs right away and I’ve already commandeered the study for my racing simulator! I know this will be perfect for my family and I, and we can’t wait to welcome our second child into our new home.” The most recent home buyer of the pair, management accountant Ben Stoddart, bought the Spruce at The Avenue in Moreton-in-Marsh. Both Ben and his partner, Jess, whom he has bought the house with, currently work in the housebuilding industry and felt confident that buying from Bovis would give them the house and life they dream of. Ben said, “We both needed more space to work from home and Jess has always wanted a double-fronted home, so this ticks all the boxes for us. It’s definitely a learning experience for the two of us, but nothing I’ve put up has fallen down yet so I’ll mark that down as a win! “The kitchen/diner is our favourite part of our home, it’s been great to have friends and family over again after so much time spent apart over the last year or two, and being able to cook whilst socialising is a real bonus.” For more information about Bovis Homes and its properties in the Cotswolds, visit: https://www.bovishomes.co.uk/
