Bovis Homes welcomed local councillors and other community representatives to a special event at Whiteley Meadows to view the new show homes and celebrate the launch of this flagship development.

James Dunne, regional marketing manager at Bovis Homes, said: “We reached a key milestone with the launch of our show homes and marketing suite at Whiteley Meadows.

“We are extremely pleased with how work is progressing, delivering new homes and key infrastructure to support the development at the same time.

“This is a fantastic location and we’re looking forward to working alongside the local community, as well as the city and county councils, to deliver much needed new homes in this area.”

To help mark the launch, students from Cornerstone Church of England Primary School buried a time capsule which included letters to children of future generations and photographs which showed life at this local school.

Tim Clarke, head teacher at Cornerstone Primary School, said: “Pupils from our Pupil Leadership Team were delighted to represent Cornerstone Primary School in burying a time capsule at Whiteley Meadows. The pupils had a great morning and were proud to leave a message for future generations which captures life at the school at this point in time and their thoughts on the future.”

The new housing collection, launched by Bovis Homes at Whiteley Meadows, focuses on well-proportioned exteriors with a real sense of light and flow on the inside. The homes feature open plan living spaces carefully designed to meet the needs of today's lifestyles and have easy access to improved local transport links.

There are many purchasing schemes available to assist buying a Bovis Homes property. They include the Government’s Help to Buy – Equity Loan scheme, Smooth Move, Home Exchange and the Key Workers initiative.
