Home buyers looking to move to the ‘best place in the UK to live’ can visit a Salisbury housebuilder’s new view home this summer.

Bovis Homes from the existing collection at Longhedge Village in Salisbury
House hunters will be invited to Bovis Homes’ Longhedge Village location in Salisbury in June, when they can take a tour of the four-bedroom property from the recently launched new housing range.

Called the Aspen, the house combines modern and traditional design, with an open-plan kitchen and sitting area, separate sitting room, doors out onto the garden and a master bedroom with an en suite and dressing room.

Hollie Lockhart, regional marketing manager at Bovis Homes, said: “Our wonderful Aspen design is the perfect view home and potential buyers will be able to explore and see for themselves the light and airy spaces and touches of luxury that make this Bovis Homes property the perfect place to relax and unwind.

“Our Salisbury location is very popular and now, with the city recently winning the accolade of best place to live in the UK, we’re expecting demand to rise even further at Longhedge Village.

“We have released homes from our new collection already, so come and visit us at Longhedge Village to find out more.”

Salisbury was singled out by The Sunday Times Best Places To Live guide for its “divinely attractive” features, plus its schools, culture and proximity to London and the coast.

A judging panel compiled the list using expert knowledge and statistics, including school league tables, house prices and air quality levels.

Bovis Homes' Longhedge Village has a range of two to five-bedroom homes available for individuals, couples and families.
