Sherford on the way!

After two decades of planning, work on the new Sherford community in Devon is underway.
Planning approval was granted earlier in the summer, giving the green light for phase one of the development to begin.

The whole project, which is divided into four phases, will take approximately 20 years to complete.

A consortium of award-winning developers, including Bovis Homes, are working together to build the new community, which will include 5,500 houses, four schools, sports facilities, community facilities, shops, businesses and a 500 acre community park.
