New Bovis Homes show home in Moreton-in-Marsh
A local housebuilder has launched a new show home from a brand-new housing range at its location in the Cotswolds town of Moreton-in-Marsh.

Home hunters headed for the show home launch event at Bovis Homes' development, The Avenue, which showcased a three-bedroom property, the Spruce. The home is part of a new collection which focuses on well-proportioned exteriors with a real sense of light and flow on the inside.

Visitors took a tour of the property, were treated to a complimentary glass of fizz and got the chance to enter a prize draw for a £500 Amazon voucher.

Sian Salter, sales advisor at The Avenue, said: “The new show home was very well received by visitors.

“The sitting room and kitchen/dining area are light, airy and spacious – it’s an ideal home for entertaining guests. Visitors on the day were also impressed by the master bedroom which includes an en-suite bathroom and a luxurious private dressing area!”

Charles Bond, area sales manager at Bovis Homes, said: “Launching the Spruce show home at The Avenue is great news for local home buyers. This show home from the brand-new housing range is the first of its kind on this development.

“We are so excited to be able to showcase these new-look houses to all our visitors. With high ceilings, spacious layouts and a host of features, we hope everyone will enjoy looking round.”

Moreton-in-Marsh town centre is just under a mile away from The Avenue. The town is famous for its Tuesday market, while the traditional high street boasts a variety of local shops and services including a supermarket and post office. There are also trains running directly to London in under two hours.

Homebuyers can choose from a selection of 2, 3, 4 and 5 bedroom homes at The Avenue. To find out more, visit the Bovis Homes website www.bovishomes.co.uk.
