Somerset home hunters among first to view national housebuilder's exciting new range

Home hunters in Somerset can be among the first to view properties from the new range just released by one of the country’s leading housebuilder at a special launch event.

The show home launch is taking place at Bovis Homes’ Priory Fields location near Wells on Saturday, 2nd February. The event runs from 12noon until 3pm and there are bumper benefits for those who reserve on the day.

The four-bed Aspen show home is part of a new housing range by Bovis Homes, which has been designed and developed by the company for launch in 2019. This will be the first of this house type to open its doors in the UK.

Emma Smith, Bovis Homes regional sales and marketing director, said: “We’re proud to be the first to unveil this fantastic new house design from our new range. We can’t wait to welcome visitors to experience the superb living space that this exciting design offers.

The properties from the new Bovis Homes collection, which range from two-bed homes to large five-bed family houses, are named after British trees, with the three-bedroom Spruce and four-bedroom Juniper also available to buy at Priory Fields.

Emma says: “The first part of the design process for the new range involved talking to all types of home buyer and asking what they looked for in a new home.

“In developing those ideas into the designs, our guiding principles were to create quality homes that are eye-catching and well-proportioned on the outside, with a real sense of light and flow on the inside.

“The results speak for themselves. Every property in our new range combines open living spaces with classic architecture and traditional build quality. Each house type is unique, but the inspiration behind them is the same – the customer.”

The Aspen is a modern take on a traditional design. It has a front-facing sitting room, which is light and airy, while the contemporary, open-plan kitchen and dining area is ideal for entertaining friends and family. There is also a separate study, which takes the hassle out of working from home. The master bedroom, with its private dressing area and luxury en suite, is the perfect place to relax and unwind.
