Stafford house builder lands major award!

St George's Park in Stafford is in line for a major national award after winning a prestigious regional house building trophy thanks to votes from its residents.

The Bovis Homes location was recognised in the Buyers' Choice Homebuilder Awards, sponsored by Zoopla, following outstanding feedback from customers about the service they had received.

And after landing the Best Homebuilder Development Central England award, St George's Park will now go forward to the UK-wide competition, which will be hosted in London by TV property presenter Phil Spencer.

Asked about the forthcoming awards, Phil said: "I think it says a great deal about any firm who's prepared to stand up and announce to customers and competitors that they believe they provide the best possible service. These awards are a great way to help property firms of all sizes focus on service and raise standards across the industry."

The award was presented to the winning Bovis Homes team at the development this month by Paul Burgess, Head of Sales - New Homes and Helen Clark, Corporate Account Manager, both from Zoopla. Delighted Northern Regional Sales Director Lynton Dudgeon, said: "We're proud to be building at St George's Park and creating this lovely new part of the Stafford community.

"This is one of the jewels in our crown and we are absolutely thrilled to be recognised in the Buyers' Choice Homebuilder Awards. It means a lot to us as that it's our customers who have judged our performance and given us an outstanding rating.
