Summer fun at new Dorset community

A new Dorset community is celebrating summer with a special garden party and home hunters are invited to join in the fun!

New residents, interested buyers and members of the local community are invited to Bovis Homes’ Mildenhall location in Sherborne on Saturday 27th July, from 11am until 3pm, to enjoy a range of activities.

“We’ve got lots going on at Mildenhall on Saturday,” says regional marketing manager, Faye Cooper. “Guests will be treated to a range of drinks created by mixologists from local bar, Dark Bear – including some tempting gin-based concoctions – and we’ll also have a floristry workshop taking place by Zoe and Wild.”

“We’ve already welcomed many happy residents to the new Mildenhall community,” says Faye. “The neighbourhood is very close-knit and has got a wonderful feel to it. The summer event is a great opportunity for interested buyers to discover more about the homes and find out about the location.”

For those who reserve a home at the event, Bovis Homes will be giving away £5,000 of garden vouchers on completion.

The event will be held in the stunning five-bedroom Kingsbury show home which guests can take a look around.
