Unique show home launches at exclusive new community

Cambridgeshire home seekers have the chance to see more of an exclusive new community as a brand-new show home opens its doors.

Bovis Homes has unveiled the four-bedroom Wolfson house type at its Paragon location in the village of Trumpington near Cambridge.

Bovis Homes offers a range of purchase assistance schemes, which can help buyers to get moving.

The Government’s Help to Buy – Equity Loan scheme is available with selected homes and can be used by first-time buyers and existing home owners alike. Purchasers will only need a five per cent deposit and the Government provides an equity loan of up to 20 per cent of the property’s cost, which leaves you with just a 75 per cent mortgage required, opening the doors to more competitive lending rates.

“For existing home owners, we offer a Smooth Move scheme, which can help to take the hassle out of moving by dealing with the estate agents for you – even paying their fees,” says Heather. “Or there’s Home Exchange where we can buy your old property from you.”
