We have lift off! Spectacular offers for homebuyers to celebrate show home launch

Stafford home seekers can benefit from a range of offers this weekend at St Mary's Gate as Bovis Homes launches a brand new show home at the popular location.

Visitors will be able to have the first look around the five-bedroom 'Chelford' house type and see the style and quality of the homes at the Tixall Road location, which has already welcomed many new residents.

If visitors like what they see and they reserve a Chelford, we are offering the buyer either 5% towards their deposit; a landscaped garden; £1,000-worth of national garden centre vouchers or £2,000-worth of high street vouchers!

Along with these incentives, we also have available a variety of purchase assistance schemes, which could be used with any of our homes, continues Carina. For instance, Help to Buy is a 75% Government-backed shared equity scheme for new-build properties only requiring a 5% deposit, while with Smooth Move, Bovis Homes could deal with the estate agents on your behalf and pay their fees.

The three-storey Chelford has an open-plan lounge and dining room, which includes French doors out into the garden. There is a separate kitchen, which also has French doors as well as large windows, creating a bright, open space.
