Three, four and five-bedroom properties at Bovis Homes’ – which is part of the newly-formed Vistry GroupWhitehouse Park, in Crownhill, have been in high demand despite Government restrictions.

Among those purchasing properties at the location – open to visitors on an appointment-only basis – are buyers who have moved from outside the area but work in Milton Keynes and those who want a simple commute into London.

Heather Suffield, regional marketing manager at Bovis Homes, said: “Whitehouse Park is an extremely popular location due to its green space, Lady Margery’s Gorse park, family facilities and easy commuter links and many of our larger homes include a study for those now working at home more.

“We’re delighted to have sold so many properties at such a difficult time for the economy and look forward to welcoming more home buyers to Whitehouse Park soon, where quality and customer care are of the utmost importance.”

Jack Allen, Bovis Homes site manager at Whitehouse Park, which is situated off Dansteed Way, recently won a major award for construction quality for the third year in a row. He won a National House Building Council Pride in the Job Quality Award, after being selected from more than 11,000 inspected sites across the UK.

Lady Margery’s Gorse, built by Bovis Homes and located in the Whitehouse development of the Western Expansion Area, was unveiled to the public last year. Using the existing historical woodlands to provide residents with green open space, the 2.3 hectare park is part of a £750,000 joint venture between Bovis Homes and Milton Keynes Council.
